Clearway Terms of Use
Service
Clearway is a personal driving-exploration, history, and reporting service. It is not turn-by-turn navigation, emergency, safety, legal, or driving advice. Do not interact with the app while driving; traffic laws and road conditions always take priority.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for lawful use of your account, username, notes, vehicle details, and social features. Abusive or unlawful content may be removed and related accounts may be restricted.
Premium subscriptions
Premium unlocks the features described on the purchase screen. The displayed price, billing period, and any trial terms apply. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled in App Store account settings. Deleting a Clearway account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and eligible refund requests.
Availability and third parties
Maps, route matching, synchronization, and purchases may depend on network access and third-party services including Mapbox, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google. Features may change when required for security, law, platform policy, or service reliability.
